Conditions for booking a cabin-house

Ordering

Wallbook suggests celebrating birthdays (or any other occasion) in one of the lodges at MaryMaris AKROPOLIS Vilnius.

1. Go to the booking page https://vilnius.wallbook.eu/
2. Select the number of children, not including children under one year old or accompanying persons (access for them — free of charge).
3. Choose the date of the celebration in the cabin
4. Choose a cabin and time available
5. Review the price, considering the selected number of children, date, house
6. Specify the following data*: Your first and last name, the email address to which we will send the information, the phone number for communication, the age of the birthday boy / girl and the way you learned about Wallbook
7. If necessary, write a comment and indicate your wishes (banquet **, animators, etc.)
8. To make a payment through one of the banking systems: Paysera, Stripe, PayPal.
9. Receive a booking confirmation after payment and an email to the previously specified email address.
10. Come to the MaryMaris club at the previously selected time with the specified number of children.

Booking conditions

The cost is 18 euros for a child over 1 year old, Monday through Thursday and 20 euros for a child over one year old, Friday through Sunday, weekends and holidays.

Payments are made through the electronic Paysera LT system, Stripe and PayPal.

Payment is made through one of the banking systems: Paysera, Stripe, PayPal.

Payments are made in euro (EUR).

A reservation of room can be made no earlier than 3 months before the celebration.

No later than 10 days before the holiday, you need to make an advance payment of 100%.

If there is no prepayment, the administrator has the right to cancel the unpaid reservation.

After successful booking and completed transaction, we will send a confirmation letter to the email address specified by the user.

Pre-order for the menu should be made no later than 2 days before the holiday. The menu is available on the partner’s website in the “Restaurant” section.

The room price includes the number of tickets corresponding to the room, which provide the right to use the attractions of the Club without time limit (*multi-level maze, adventure rope path, Ninja obstacle course, free fall tower, play area for kids, colorful nets, slides, trampoline complex, slot machines, tubing slide).

The cost of booking a room for a celebration includes the possibility of using the room in accordance with the pre-booked time for 2.5 hours.

Refund and Cancellation

There is no refund in case of cancellation, however, we offer two compensation options:

1. If, for some reason, you fail to hold the planned celebration, then you can hold a children’s party at the MaryMaris Club within the amount deposited any other day.
2. You can leave money on a personal deposit and spend it during the year (from the moment of the cancellation application) at the MaryMaris Club for entrance tickets.
